Privacy Policy

When you book. Your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number, together with the service and time you chose. This is what makes the appointment exist.

When you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach our servers; we receive only the confirmation, the amount and the last four digits.

When you browse. Standard technical information — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including ones from Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We use pixels, web beacons and other storage technologies from third parties, including Meta, to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver advertising — for example, to show our studio to people who have already visited this site.

Some of this information is sent from our own server rather than your browser. Where it includes your email address or phone number, it is hashed — converted into an irreversible code — before it is sent.

You can opt out of the collection and use of information for personalised advertising at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and in your Meta account settings. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies.

To schedule and hold your appointment, to take and refund payments, to send you confirmations and reminders, to measure which advertising actually brings clients, and to keep the site working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that make the booking work.

Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Supabase (our booking service), Google (calendar and maps) and Meta (advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs for its part.

Appointment and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Advertising event data is retained by Meta for up to two years. You may ask us to delete anything we hold that we are not legally required to keep.

Write to privacy@permanentcenter.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
